How to disassemble this stupid light? I can't find a latch, opening, screw, etc anything anywhere.
Feels like it's screwed to the wall from behind the light tube.

It started to randomly turn off after warms up. I guess the tube needs replacing or that thing for these fluorescent light is on its last leg.

If I can remove the whole light fixture and there's enough wire excess, I would like to replace it with some smart LED lights.

The clear cover probably just pulls off with a bit of squeezing on the bottom edge. It could well be just the 'starter' that needs replacing.

Will the cover not pop off if you can lever it from behind?

Is it definitely screwed to the wall - have you tried pushing it sideways, to see if it is just hooked on a pair of screws?

Two end pieces at each end of the bulb should ping off, bulb will be a normal baton twist out one screw fittings should be behind the actual bulb

Ah yes. Got it, thank you everyone. It's the 2 pieces at each end holding the light tube in place, squeeze it and the clear plastic comes off revealing the light tube.

Then as legoman said, twist the tube into a position to slide it out. The fitting screws are behind it.

Though I can't find anywhere the "starter" thing. I'm going to try with a replacement T8 8w tube

haha this is why I love Bit Tech. Not "Look at my new light" but "How do I take it apart? yes"
