Hey guys! I ordered my shuttle ss56l today... but one part I couldnt afford was a nice 17" flat panel which is probs going to be about £230ish. Its going to kill me plugging this shiny brand new shuttle beast fully kitted into a 1998 dell17" crt thats on its last legs :waah: So anyone got any ideas on how to earn a big wodge before xmas so I can order a monitor to arrive ready for the big buildup on xmas day?

I currently work a saturday shift at my local branch of woolworths (groan) and might see if I can do a sunday shift for the next two weekends (these are the only ones that will be counted on this months paycheque, grr). Apart from that im lost for ideas

Unfortunately for most of us money doesn't appear from no where.

You've missed the boat now, but Royal Mail Christmas Casuals get paid £5.50 an hour with the balance being paid every Friday into your bank. I get £7.22/hour working 10pm-6am (unsociable hours) because I have Uni during the day.

    -edit

    It's only a monitor, remember.

    Sell some of your organs?

You could prob buy 2x 19" TFTs for the price of a lung...

(Not that its a good idea really)

Pretend to be a bum and beg for money around busy areas.

One and a half lungs, a kidney, half a liver, one eye, hair, skin.. is all i can think of off the top of my head. You could make a pretty penny from them if they are in good nick.

Those slim PS2s are gold dust. Maybe you could 'aquire' a few of them and tout them on eBay. :worried:
