    Whoooow. She sued him after having his baby without him knowing for Paternety pay! OMG!

    I feel sorry for the kid, but the mother looks nuts.

    I wouldn't blame the dad for suing, isn't the way the mother concieved illegal?

    I don't see anything that's done here illegal, I just don't see why this wasn't thrown out of court when it was first taken there.

    The mother got pregnant without the fathers knowledge and waited far too long to actualy attempt to obtain child support. End of story.



    Even fgod could see she's just going for a cash grab.

    try reading the link man....

    from what i can gather she gave him a bj a few years ago, and managed to keep the sperm and put it in a freezer of something, and then later still took it out and impregnated herself with it.... kind of icky really...

    so boys, the moral of this story?

    make sure she swallows :naughty:

    actually, she gave him a bj, then took a turkey baster, and there ya go

    theres other stories like this, a married women went to a sperm bank, with out the husband wanting a kid or knowing, and she sued him

    What's even worse is that she could be earning a million a year and he could be earning 30k and the courts would still hit him with a substantial amount of child support , so much so that he could barely support himself.
