Portable hudl 2 Replacement

    So after a good few years of faithful service I have accidently annihilated the screen on my hudl 2.

    It has mainly been used for web browsing, reddit, Netflix and Spotify.

    I'm just wondering if there are any suitable replacements about that don't cost a great deal and might have a little more oomph or should I just look to replace the screen on the hudl.

    Thoughts?

    Not sure how it'll cope with netflix, but I picked up a lightly used linx 8 for a touch under £40 on ebay.

    Does the job for me and copes ok with youtube. It is proper windows though.

    It seems that a replacement (used) screen for a hudl2 is ~ £30 on the bay.

    A postal repair service is £59 (surplusstock_uk)
