    Small update.

I got 3 1150rpm Gentle Typhoons + 3 Thermalright 140mm fans for the case. BOTH fans are completely silent unless I have my ear next to them (kids, don't try at home). Both are amazing fans, the quality of the thermalright's are great! They come pre-sleeved in some OK sleeving and with a black housing.

Thanks to John @ Jab-Tech for these, there was more in the order like fan pins etc... but you don't need to see them :)

Anyways! My MIPS package arrived! Let me say a BIG thanks to Michael who responded to every email in an instant and was a HUGE help! Thanks!

The products are amazing, I also asked them to included black screws but I'm liking the silver ones ATM. Sorry about the "dust" and "grime," it's a PITA to get rid of.

Today started off nicely, got some steel from my brother and begun! The one thing that really "grinds my gears" about the case is the rubber grommets, sure, they're great so all forms of motherboards can fit but IMO they look crap, rubber everywhere! ;) That can be fixed though, another thing is when the window is inplace, you can see half of the lower chamber (PSU) which looks fugly, not sure why they did that? Anyways, overall, the case is amazing, really good quality and my favourite feature has to be the hot swappable bays, I don't really know why I love them but for some reason, they're sweet.

Enough talk! This is where I started.

And this is where I finished, I still need to cut the CPU are out, cut some holes for the cables to pass through and make the hole on the bottom left of the bottom plate bigger so the case rivet doesn't push the plate inwards. These ofcourse will be powdercoated!

More soon ya'll. Needa finish cutting the steel then I can get it powdercoated/do mock up's.

Sorry I haven't had an update in a while, been pretty busy! Anyway, today I finally got to do a mockup of my plans in my head, it turned out exactly how I wanted, if not, better. Next to the motherboard will be an Iandh reservoir as soon as the arrive in Australia (2 weeks) with green coolant, you should be catching my theme now. I've had a heap of fun fabricating all my own bits, it so enjoyable, they'll go off to the powdercoaters to come back all dressed up as soon as I cut the SATA holes (You can probably see my very dodgy line)

I really feel like this is starting to take off now, I'm finally getting a replacement for my dead PSU which is great news for me!

    Hey guys!

Hasn't been much of a visual update lately, but don't worry, I've been busy, all I can tell you for now is that I'll be receiving parts from BitsPOwer and Jab-Tech.

Got my parts back from the powdercoaters today, it was amazingly quick considering they've got work till after Christmas, I didn't think they'd have it done so quick, and, it looks amazing. It's a textured black colour which matches the Obsidian very well I must say.

    Nough' talk.

    I'm back in black!

    What's this? :O

    Looks great

Got my Intel SSD too, downgraded from the G.Skill 128gb Falcon as I didn't need that much space, I put the extra cash away for an SSD for the lappy.

A different PSU plate which I did for a customer, slightly longer than mine, I also didn't have to do a cutout for the rivet on the left hand side which was good.

    That's all!... for now ;)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Small update for you all.

Meet the twins, twins, meet the audience...

    (I'll be using a black 90*)

Not all is glamour, as you can see, the 90* hits the backing, so, I need one of THESE but it's around $20AUD shipped for the fitting + it'll take around 2 weeks. I should be able to work around it though, even if I have to use 2 45*'s together. We'll see what happens. My reservoir should be here in ~2 weeks so that means I'll be at completion!

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Postman came today! Usually he comes in the morning but he came in the afternoon today, I was VERY eager to receive this package.

EK Supreme HF!! Let me say, EK are top quality, they've recently moved to a new box design and it really helps sell the product, packaging is even better too!

    Here we go.

    Nice box inside the cover

    What's inside?

EK have everything needed now for a liquid loop, apart from their own fans/tubing, I'm expecting to see some kits soon.

    Well packaged!

    Oh my!

    Quality.

Interesting....EK's rebranded MX-2 :) Nice thermal paste to come with a block!

    Here she is! *drools*

With her 2 big "bits" :)

The jet plates. No, I won't be designing my own :)

    Her with the dress off

    And FULLY naked :O

The quality is truly amazing, more updates to come :)

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyway, my EK package arrived which I was expecting during my holiday! It only took 4 business days to get here which is SUPER quick! The problem that I had was that the stock OR EK backplate hit the MIPS block, this is an issue ONLY with my board blocks AFAIK and a backplate will not hit the blocks on a classified. I couldn't change my layout as it would have been too hard, *Out comes the dremel...ZEEEEEEEEEEEE ZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*

It now fits like a glove and looks pretty cool too. (sorry bout the dust guys!)

One thing I was amazed at is EK actually thought about us users with 1/2"ID 3/4" OD compressions this time, you do NOT need to use a 45* or 90* for once! w00t.

    The nickel goodness.

    Thanks!

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Hey guys!

THE INCREDIBLE HULK IS ALIVE! Yes...you heard me!

Finally shots won't be until Fri/Sat as I'm EXTREMELY busy until then. Sorry about that!

Anyway, here are my shots of my new reservoir made by Iandh himself, these are a masterpiece and will be available from sidewinder.com soon, so sit tight. The reservoir is very unique, especially the clamps, they really do look "stealth." I'll keep this short and show you some pictures -

So, until the weekend, you'll have to wait!...

    Argh I feel bad! lol.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well, as I promised, I have taken the final pictures.

This has been a VERY long journey, it started over 6months ago when I tor down Hulk V1 mainly because the PSU blew up but I wasn't 100% happy with it either. I then waited and waited for the Corsair case to hit AUS, it was then more waiting for specific parts and so on, I was pulling my hair out to get my computer back and get off the laptop.

All your comments thus far are GREATLY appreciated and this is an AWESOME community, whenever I post an update, it puts a smile to my face coming here the next day seeing all the wonderful comments, it truly does. You all have a HUGE influence on HULK, and all your constructive criticism really helps!

Anyway, enough yabba, it's time to show you Bruce, AKA. THE HULK! I hope you've enjoyed this ride as much as I have, cause I know I've had a ball, hopefully the future will bring some customers for more builds I can share.

(Sorry for all the pictures, I can't decide which to keep! I also apologize for my crappy window shots, it's hard to get no reflections.)

As i said on OCN, absolutely bloody amazing! One of my favourite looks ever, the black and white :)

Are you lighting up the IANDH reservoir somehow? It looks like its glowing a bit which is cool.

I do love a nice clean system, and it makes me very glad to see the bottom (PSU) bay of the case covered up :)

Very nice and clean mod mate!
One question : In terms of functionality, if you would like to add a PCI card like a sound card what are you going to do? Thanks! :) And mod on!!

I think a subtle light in the res would look awesome.
With no other light inside the case, it would really stand out.

Oh, and very nice looking build. Keep up the good work!

    Cheers Bill!!!

    Thanks mate.

Nope, over there I have exactly the same just on different pages etc...

Thanks! I've already got a sound card in there :) You can see in the pictures, there is enough room between the pump and sound card though to remove it as well.

    Cheers mate.

Actually looking back through your photos (well taken by the way), how about some shots of the case as a whole? :)

Swear I never saw the mobo backplate WIP stuff. But they don't deserve it, don't even know why I bother there.

Also, I have to ask, where did you get that power splitter for the fans?

I've run out of connectors on mine and I have a complete shambles of cable splitters at the back that I really need to tidy up. :(

Looked it up, it's the Bitspower power adapters you have on the side of the hotswap cage.

I just need to find something to connect the Nanoxia fans I have at the top of the case to. I am currently using a bunch of fan splitters from PC Hellhole of all places.
