    Is the packaging system new? I've always been able to gift games purchased from the bundles including the last monthly bundle. So why did they change it?

    It varies by bundle, some bundles are 1 key for all the games [then another for the beat the average stuff], others are individual keys. It could be something that's dictated by the publisher.
