There is this REALLY good recipe I found online sometime back. Its called "Mail you espresso machine to Pygobombe, ASAP"
Its sooo good, I could make my own special coffes if you do it :D

Actually, I don't know of any recipes (as in how to make them.) Have you tried one of those law-tays (I have no idea on the accents, so I sounded it out), or a french mocha cappucino?

you know those whack&peel dark chocolate oranges? - wanna drink one?

    ok here goes:

    make 2 doubleshots espresso.
pour into 20-24oz cafe mug (the soup bowl lookin kind) with 2 or 3 heaping tablespoons ground dark chocolate (ghiradelli is my favorite)
top with a bit of steamed milk & foam
finish with a shot of grand marnier (must be GM, cointreau wont cut it)

best thing in the world on a snowy night. and, you get a good buzz.
grand marnier goes straight to your head. be careful.

make a mocha (hot chocolate ~3 tsp, topped with frothy steam heated milk, double shot of espresso floating) but throw in 50ml of remy martin brandy befor the coffee.

    top with mallows :)

also, upload a photo of the machine dammit

HK you dont want a baumatic. seriously they are the worst... a company i worked for for a year sold baumatic machines. Nothing but problems allways, and baumatic did little to resolve them too. Badly made and put togther. Out all all the phones numbers i used to have from that company i will remember the baumatic service number till i die :)

Macchiato - like a latte but with the proportions of milk and coffee reversed, so it's like a shot of frothy milk topped up with coffee. Mmm.

If you just want a regular black coffee then americano (espresso topped up with hot water) beats a mug of instant any day. (Add milk if you like it white).

    Espresso machines are goood :)
