How about making it useful ? Maybe by cutting correctly the top & the bottom, by painting it a normal mod color, you could use that yogurt cup of yours to make a air duct for a blow hole... hmmm ? How about that ? ... Nice yogurt mod !
i'm impressed the yog thing needs some perspex on the sde vaie could there be an aditional shot with a small neon tube in was thinking of modding a coke can but cant find the welding gear small enough. hope to send in pic some time in the next few days this has inspired me thanx again. p.s. is a dremal on of those little drills?
? this is the ultra clean super organized environment that needed to be used in order to make this complex project possible. the side veiw this show some of the complex wiering involved with the external cooling system that had to be used due to the size of the can. you can also make out the fake mtchstick led's i used due to the problems with the powersupply being made from a load of cigorette ends. the top veiw really shows off the fan on the top you can see from this side that there is allot of room for more modification on the back further water or posibly fridge cooling planned later this year.
yea i agree they dont look up to much i think the little red crosses are spoiling the effect here im shure i put in the links properly i think perhaps a moderator has to see the pics before they are aprooved. stop me if im wrong here anyway i should make them into a page themn so i can link them ... this means installing dream weaver and cuteftp and such... grr you lot can be hard to please cant you just wait??
just to make shure you get the picture well call me obsessive but i thaught that yahoo might have decided i was trying to rob myself of my bandwidth, or theres depending on who you know. anyway i also thaught that the pics might only be in my cash and thus not available to you. for that reason so i installed some apps and made a simple page with just the coke can mods on it. man i cant belive i went to all this trouble for a joke that was not only not funny but a total rip off of someone elses joke on the same thread. no wonder i dont know what a dremal is. im never going to cut it in the world of confectionary modding. dont pity me it will only encourage others :cries: http://www.geocities.com/jamnog/grr.htm
The problem with Geocities is just that they won't let you link externally to an image file. Rename them to .txt and they'll work fine (I think) ..
thanks kna yea i think everyone will have to open the page its just a shame i cant delete those other posts and make the whole thing look a little less profesional. well i think that when the moderators see it they will probably delet the whole thread. what with it being so darn silly an' all. well mods if you could dlete some of them like the one with the links to the pics and just leave the one with the grr.htm oh and delete this one too yea this one is pointless. oh and could i have fries with that. while i remeber i would like some one to send me an old fridge so i can try out my cooling idea i have started a mockup with a broken fridge but its just not the same.
well...have to give an A+ for work...but dude...when you fire that fan up..aint that can going to spin around? possibly causing irreparable damage to your can. i kinda like the passive cooling on the yougurt cup. Rich in culture:dude:
good suggestions thanks for your support and constructive critisisum. the big bras thing was there to waigh it down as well as place the fake leds in. it was a big worry on the wieght issu esspeciall with the side fan blowing the whole can away. there is little possibily of ither of the fans really having much effect with the ciggorete ends power suply creating the power needed to litterally spin the can with power.
