    Oh, **** son, Ginsters ain't nothing to do with the Cornish. As I recall, they were invented by "Long" John Fowler of Swindon in the mid 90s after an ill fated Star Trek marathon and apparently drinking every fluid in the house. Fluids which included (in no particular order); Fosters, Babycham, Fairy washing up liquid, WD40, Shampoo (2in1), Paint, Ajax and methylated spirits.

    Suffering from the combined effects of prolonged sci-fi exposure and imbibing poison, Fowler was in a state paramedics described as "out of his ****ing gourd." When they arrived on the scene the medics found him sitting inside his refrigerator with a pastry dish of his own invention, apparently screaming at it to "make it so!"

    As plausible as your story sounds, the evidence is stacked against you when you consider their company slogan is "Cornish through and through".
