I haven't seen this done anywhere so I thought I'd try it my self & the results aren't bad... what do you think?

I used 3mm Plexi Glass cut it to size and used a blow torch to bend it to shape

dude, you def gotta hide some of those fugly wires, wires are meant to carry data and power, not to be seen.

is it just my modding head coming into action again but that case is screaming for a custom etching job now, if thats not your forte then how about a case window applique - somethign like this would be amazing - http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/48746/rb/20721403919

Don't forget painting the steel, or even cutting it out. I'd use something else to secure the sides than have that pattern on the edges of my brand spanking new plexi case cover.

I have added some more LED's (removed from a gamer mouse pad) to the case now so we're having a disco lol also I've cut windows in each side of my PSU so you can now see the 12cm fan :-D and I've put a molex out the back of my case to power the 2 fans on the back and have less wires :-D I have still yet to plan my etch but I'll do that over the weekend.
Has anyone got an idea as to how to hide my errr window (if you can call it that) fan wire?

mm looks nice, a little more cleanup and paint the steel black so it flows with the front of the case,

I think its a good idea, but I think it would work better if you gave it a metal rim around the whole thing. I think it might look a little better. But I like the Idea. If you can pull of a clean interior.

Hydro thats exactly what I was just thinking ...a metal trim on the sides on the plexi to hide the steel or I could use sand paper on the plexi around the edge in some sort of pattern (maybe flames) to hide the metal frame.
Been working hard lately though so I haven't had much time for planning or working on my case but this weekend is looking good for modding :-D

I used a 74MM hole cutter for the 80MM hole.
