I have an intel motherboard http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=13-121-184&DEPA=0 and i pentium 4 3.4 processor not sure which but i know its 3.4 for some reason my mother board see it as 3.2 dirextx see it as 3.2 and all other programs! what may couse this problem and how can i check if it realy 3.4?
download cpuz search for it on google and get the new version that will tell you and also chek in your bios it might be underclocked for some reason
up the fsb a little but it doesnt really matter because you wont really nottice much difference but if you up the fsb bye 1 or 2 it should work but be warned o/c can run the life of your processor shorter and download cpuz its free and lets you no everything about your processor

They screrwed you. You have a 3.2ghzp4 insted of a 3.4ghz cpu. Return it and tell them they shiped you the wrong one.
