    talking about ac ryan... there stuff are pretty pricey i find haha. though i would love to get my hands on their meshx... i also have no clue where to buy mesh in china... ugh!

    why can't everyone just have a distributor/reseller in china!!!! whY&!!!! such a good oppurtunity you know. its a growing business round here.

    lol mesh you can get in most hardware stores. yer acryans products are nie but expensive!

    lol! well the place i linked to earlier i found through my college. i do cleaning and i clean the tech department and i saw the book for them and they had a couple catalogues sooo i thought i would help myself lol they are quite good for materials and tools.

    yer its a good site im on it atm just looking round see if there is anythiing else that i want!

    do you know what tap is needed for normal case screws?

    i actually dunno lol. what size are normal screws? 3mm? cause they are sure not 5mm. i believe...

    The size you need for mounting thing like hard drives and dvd players are m3 (is a metric size) the size normally used on case is on non metrice size i thought 6/32 (someone correct me if i'm wrong) but i you want to scratch build your case i sugest you also use m3 (or m4) for that.

    hmmm okay, i'll probably just go ahead and purchase both m3 and m4 tap heads =)...

    also, is it necessary that we use tapping oil? and how does the application of the oil work? we put it on drilled surface or on the tap head?

    With a hand tap (the thing you need) you don't have to use oil :)

    im off to homebase tomorrpw to get materials if they are cheaper than online!!

    i won't be able to figure out local prices till a week from now =(. gah!

    you know the mounting holes for PSUs? those are m3 right? please correct me if i'm wrong.

    lol yer well i have to get a bus into twn and the make the 45-50 min trek to homebase then trek back lugging all the aluminium!!! lol i wish i was old enough to drive! o well only 3 weeks till i can start learning!

    Hey, you said you have B&Q in China, if they are like Britian, you will get loads of metal and mesh etc if you find the radiator repair section. If you have radiators in China?

    Also, for powertools I know that China are famous for making cheaper and just as good knock-offs of the top brand (electronics anyway, so why not powertools?) so why not get some of these and save yourself some money.
