I think it's for the people taking off / landing at Edinburgh airport. Don't think many people will have seen Upper Hayford. It's used as a car storage for Rover, probably used by BMW now.
I remember there was one I saw a while back with a massive bug on it which had become trapped in the lens of the camera. Terrifying if you happened to look at the wrong German farm and were gullible enough to think that giant alien insects were invading the world.
