Might wanna put if its AGP or PCI-e, since it actually makes a difference with the 6600gts.

The AGP cards have the AGP bridge chip to cool too which is something else to take into consideration.

When I watercooled my XFX AGP 6600GT, I used the Swiftech MCW-50 waterblock. It required me to modify the hold down to clear the bridge chip, but otherwise looks good. Swiftech has released a new version which might have an altered hold down.

Here is a picture of the modification and installation:

My temps haven't broken 50c yet, even after hours of BF2.

If you do some research on this card, it looks as though >70c on Air can be normal.

    Just my opinion though.

The maze 4 block should work on the 6600gt but I would consider making a larger custom heatsink for the bridge or maybe making a waterblock for it.

FYI my card dosent go over 41c load 39idlel even though I have a presscott in the loop but its a pci-e card that dosent need a bridge. Consider maybe getting one of those pci card coolers and undervolting them for silence.

if you are going small bore... i.e. 8/6mm or 10/8mm then Aquacomputer do a specific 6600GT AGP all-in-one GPU and memory cooler.

Living in the states, I had never heard of that water block J-Pepper. That is one nice looking piece of hardware.
