Great to have if you need to be organised. Make sure you get one with a CF slot (2210) and you're sorted for wifi card or large capacity CF = lots of music. Good for organisation too - tasks/emails/calender etc
Great for listening to music / watching video. Also a good place to keep notes/useful info in one place. As bindi said, a CF slot is pretty much a must have due to the amount of CF cards you can get.
