Apple i-Pod help

    ok whenever i tried to add new songs to my i-pod tonight after putting them in the library it said error every time and just wouldnt do it. It stuck in the progress bar at the top...well didnt start and i tried deleting the songs it seemed to stick on from the library but no it didnt work. any help guys?

    do you have the most recent version of iTunes? have you tried re-starting your computer? sometimes these things will help.

    now, on to more pressing matters: YOU STOLE MY AVATAR!!!!

    Dude, just cuz someone likes the ministry of sound doesn't make 'em chavs. The reason chavs pick fights with humans is because they constantly get pigeonholed, it makes them really sad, cuz they're deep like that. :worried:

    Seriously, try restoring your iPod. There's a million guides on the internet, I'm sure you're capable of finding one yourself. Failing that, there's some great forums at www.ipodlounge.com - for goodness sake don't tell them I sent you though, I'll never live it down :hehe:

    it keeps saying they couldnt be transferred or transferring some and then not the rest and the i-pod HD gets VERY hot.

    Try a different usb-port / firewire port. And yes, do reset it. Easiest way I can think on how to do this is connect it to another computer that has iTunes, and let it clean out your iPod and put on the songs from that iTunes library. Then to do the same but on your computer.

    If not you could try the iPod forums, but if all fails I would go the apple center..
