some players you can make reigon free with a code rather than chiping the player, so its best to ask around for one of them, i'll see what i can dig up, but i cant promise i will get nething :)

I had a quick look @ www.dvdreviewer.co.uk found a couple, I know about the remote hack, I'm not that bothered as its an engagement present for someone.

If you have a Toys R Us near you I saw a reasonable one in there just before Christmas. If not, I think Sainsbury's have one that is ok as well. Shame you don't want mail order though as I got quite a nice one from www.amazon.co.uk a couple of months ago, and their selection isn't too bad. The same with www.empiredirect.co.uk

    Mmmmm slinky

It was a bit more than what your asking, but mine is Samsung M105 :baby: its was £150 about 6-7 months ago.

Picture and sound are as sharp as you could want,
it was remote hackable straight from the box and it will put a Lian li/coolermaster to shame in the looks department- the thing is just soooo slinky. :dude:
Hell- it even says Hello when you switch it on and goodbye when you turn it off :baby:

As you can probably tell its my baby

However you might be able to get a better deal now, (this was a while ago) and I'm not sure whether the firmware in the newer 105's allows you to disable macrovision and is remote hackable :sigh:
