Thanks for your input risky, this may sound likie a stupid question but does it make a difference buying from abroad with regards to voltage.

Not with that piece of equipment, no, the internals with regards to PC are fully standardised, the only difference between anywhere is the AC voltage and therfore PSU supply voltage.

Thanks Xiachunyi, quick response, for those interested keep a eye on this thread as near the begining of next week i will probably purchase something from that site and let everyone know how it goes as it looks a rather good site ( in my opinion) unless someone out there has already used them and wants to share thier experiences. Thanks again.

Hi guys, final update on the above item. Very Very pleased, I made the order on the saturday( when they were probably closed) it was shipped on the monday and 9.15 on thursday morning parcel force was knocking on my door, I think that was a pretty good service and will defenitly order off them again. thanks again to risky for the link.

    Cool :thumb:

It was only a bit of googling and recognsising the site as one I get a newsletter from occasionally.

To date I've ordered odds and ends from the USA, Taiwan, Singapore and Germany without trouble (sometimes arriving remarkably fast). It's always worth playing the good consumer and shopping around - some prices can escalate comically on their way to the UK, overtaking the cost of getting it shipped direct. However there is going to be more hassle if you have to return things so I'd council a little caution if its something more complex or the margin isn't much.
