Stock gtx275 or a 4890 with an aftermarket cooler.

ATi dx11 cards are nice, but; DX11 apps are still v.scarce and ...We have yet to see Nvidia's response to ATi's 5*** series and the spec/price war escalation resulting from there being two players active in the gpu market.

(I've just spent out on a 4890 with an AC cooler ...under £155... good for 12/18 months, no probs.)

    Hi and welcome!
Do you have any budget? You tend to tend better responses if you do, as clearly something for £100 is rather different than if you have £300. A good place to start looking would be the monthly buyers' guides, and bear in mind that you get a lot more for your money second hand.

And if you can try and write your posts in a style that is more conducive to reading, that would be grand :D
