Basically the overclock works by fiddling with the turbo boost clocks, which,by default, vary by how loaded the CPU is. So if only 1-2 core are being pushed -> 47x base clock [so 4.7GHz given the base clock is/should be 100MHz] If 3 cores are being pushed -> it drops a smidge to 46x [4.6GHz] and if all 4 cores are taking a hammering it eases back a smidge more to 45x [4.5GHz] This is also why intel's blurb always lists the turbo speed as 'up to'.
You have, from a strictly turbo aspect. You can make your CPU sync all cores to run at 47x, though I will be cautious and advise that you check what voltage and temperature your CPU is at before deciding that it's a good idea.
