    Thats amazing and all, but its 1 core/thread at nearly 2v at -188. I'm sure this is more due to the processor being binned to be practically flawless than your motherboard...

    Credit where it's due - a highly binned CPU won't shine unless it's put into a motherboard good enough to let it shine ;)

    good job intel and gigabyte! But wasnt the world record 8ghz on the bulldozer? It used 2 cores to if I remeber correctly
