    Hello.

I am going to take an online course in ICND. It is much more affordable and easier then taking the CCNA with just one exam. From what i understand, the first ICND course covers basic networking, and the second goes into more detail on switches etc.

Since Cisco recognised Comptia Network+, im confused since they are both the same thing. Should i be gunning for both these qualifications or will i be fine with the eventual CCNA from the ICND?

    Kye.

ICND is basically half of the CCNA (ICND1 and ICND2).

I have done them both but i still need to take the exam to get my CCNA. Passing 1 of the 2 exams will get you a CCENT.

I would say the CCNA is worth it as that is what a lot of employers are looking for.
