Hi everyone I am planning my next build and I want to go small. Not micro atx small but tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiny small. As small as I can possibly get. My idea thus far is: Tiny mobo with S-Video port - need SD card HDD - have in the form of a SD to sata converter. I've also got an SD to IDE converter. Laptop size ram (if possible) - have oodles of Bluetooth - I've got one of those tiny USB bluetooth dongle things, about the size of my pinky finger nail External power supply to keep case size as small as possible I wont require an optical drive, firewire etc. All I need is an external sd card slot and a couple of USB slots. Oh, and a headphone jack so I can plug in a set of speakers... I know this wont be the most powerful machine but it will be more than capable of playing a single movie or album onto my LCD TV. I will probably run Windows 98SE and K-Lite Codec Pack / VLC player. I wont be using it for anything else so I will disable all unnecessary services and software to save space and power. I have a couple of 4Gb SD cards and also a few 16Gb CF cards (if its cheaper that way) to use as the HDD. I will even consider an early or even pre (gasp!) pentium board. I used to run a media server off an old IBM 486 DX266 PC with - wait for it - a humungous 64mb RAM so I know its technically possible. Any ideas? Ian
