As above, IE has problems loading images after i've cleared my temporary files out, i get huge numbers of red X's everywhy which miraculously dissapear when the mouse is waved over them (rare) or when i right click->"Show Picture". A little help?

p.s. I'm NOT changing my browser type either, i like IE just fine and i've only just got it the way i like it...

That happened to me a while back. I just went to Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced, and under the Multimedia tab I re-checked the box labeled 'Show Pictures'. Don't know why, because I'm sure I didn't mess with that prior to the problem (who wouldn't want to view images when on the web?). It just seemed to happen on its own.

try the reset internet options thing. anyway the option is there for people with something like a 14.4k connection. that allows them to see images only as needed.

    S**t, S**t and double S**t

It's still not working, despite not changing any of the settings once returned to default. Any suggestions anyone?

don't you mean slowzilla? any way in the first post Krikkit said that he doesn't want to change browsers. i find other browsers to be inferior to IE.
