I access my server using a mapped drive, and control the server using remote desktop. Everything has been running smoothly for a month, until I accidently pressed the "Block all network activity" on Zone Alarm Firewall. It blocked me from accessing it at all (So the firewall does work then...).

I can't plug in a monitor into the computer because it has a knack for not displaying anything on the screen. So I am a bit stuck and can't access the computer.

    Any advice?

erm, best bet, take the HDD out of that box, and edit zonealarm, so it dosen't start.

My thoughts excatly I would also remove it in it's all entirely after it starts up.

Its all sorted now, it was just pure luck that I managed to get ZA turned off in one go -

    Plugged in keyboard
Pressed tab (to get to password box)
    Typed in password
    Pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del
    Pressed Z
    Pressed Del
    Pressed Y

Connected back to the server via remote desktop, and all without a screen, I'm quite chuffed! :p

Don't you just love those moments when your geekiness is finally confirmed by being able to update graphics drivers etc just using the keys and no monitor!
