    Your statement makes no sense in any way, shape, or form. Baldness does not come from if you wash regularly or not, if you wear alot of hats, or if you keep it short or grow it long. Baldness is genetic although dying your hair lots will cause you to go bald as well.

    Just a good little tip to all of you balding people out there. If you're afraid of going bald and you start to notice you're going a little thin. Rogain will help you. The only problem with Rogain is that you'll have to keep using it for the rest of your life as as soon as you stop using it, you'll lose all the hair that you would have already lost naturally.

    haha... bald people are just hairy people who didn't wash :p

    numpty of the nth degree

    I'm quite happy in the knowledge that even my great grandad (not around anymore) had a full head'o'hair so I don't think i'll be loosing mine anytime soon. Yay for me!

    @JesterQ:

    :D
    I wasn't arround in the 70's and I wasn't paying any attention in the 80's

    Im going bald, but at the back! I have my hair cut short and spiky, the shorter it is the thicker it is. Also use hair mousse apperently it clings to the hair folicules and makes it appear thicker!

    Regards
    GiGo

    PS if i shaved my head it would look wierd!

    You do realize that baldness is more of a hereditary trait from your mother's side then your father's side, don't you? My father had thick hair which I had, but my mother's side has thinning hair and bald people...which I have now. Wow, thanks mom.

    Your not going bald, your hair is just running away from your face.

    my hairline is in a strategic withdrawal too (and it's thinning in the back).... so i'm growing a beard to compensate :p
    if i didn't have what i feel is an odd-shaped head, i'd wax it all off. as it is, i cut what little hair i have out of spite.

    If your ginger I would say baldness is a blessing, not saying your ginger though.
    Mind you sir Clive Sinclair was both and he got some action with the girls apparently.
    I started losing my hair at 27, you just get use to it. Just shave it off, I found its cheaper as you do not have to pay a barber, also with trimmer and a mirror you can cut it within 5 mins yourself. Also you don't have to pay for hair products now.
    I find I don't get bike hair when I take my helmet off on the bike ;) so it does have a few advantages.
