    I was speaking to someone who started there and they said they get a £15,000 bonus for recommending someone new to work for them.

    He said it was cheaper than a proper recruitment program, although I don't really know. They used to do outreach programs at my secondary school since it's nearby so maybe they just really hate reading graduate CVs or something.
