haha touche, I interpreted it that way; I understand what you mean but I find in this case, what you said, isn't as applicable as the situation.

    or something...

    Simple answer.

Take a photo showing the illegal parking which shows the number/license plate and take it to the local police station.
(or hand it to passing police/traffic warden).

That way, you get the satisfaction of doing something about it, and the jerk may get a ticket.

That's not even parked, its been abandoned. There again its a BMW, when you buy a new one they automatically give you a frontal lobotomy, disconnect the courteous part of the brain and the finger that's used for the direction indicators, pretty much the same as they do to taxi drivers

If breaking the rules is ok during off peak times, then i guess the sort of people that use handicapped spaces when it's not busy wouldn't mind leaving their houses unlocked with a "feel free to use" sign on the door when they go to work.

Not using a street crossing when the road is quiet is courteous, but taking a spot reserved for someone that suffers greatly from having to use a small spot which is far from the entrance, is simply lazy & selfish.

If anyone see's a cretin using a handicapped spot like this, make sure you get your keys out, and carve "i use handicapped spots" into one of the panels.

How is it not applicable? :eyebrow:

Using a handicapped space when you are not handicapped makes you a selfish and inconsiderate ******* no matter what your excuse is! :nono:

Six of one half a dozen of another.
Looks like a fairly empty car park but the principle remains, how the hell has he parked and why take up both disabled spots!

Common sense must prevail on both parts, shopping people for bad parking only adds to our dwindling community spirit (I can see the irony and maybe this person does not deserve a break) but the driver must realise they are indeed a giant tit.

Loosen all their wheel nuts to the point that they are only just holding the car on it's wheels, when they go to drive away THUMP, their car bottoms out completely.

Add a note saying "Looks like your car now has mobility problems...... unlike YOU!" :D

I don't think it's illegal to park incorrectly in a privately owned carpark which annoys me more than the guys parking to some extent. There were 4 disabled spaces (which is entirely disproportionate), there were numerous empty spaces, including one thats easier to get into than his space of choice and probably just as close to the shop door.

Minor driving infractions annoy me more so than major ones because people just turn a blind eye to them, people overtaking as many cars as possible at a 2 lane merge then forcing their way in, people who flash you when your doing 70 down the fast lane of the motorway because they want to do 80 and people who cant park. They would fail a driving test for any of them, therefore they cant drive and need to be pointed in the correct direction by a points based incentive.

^ Awesome parking, taken at 1:25am.

Not in the disabled bays but equally inconsiderate, yet I've nothing against it; it's clear no-one needs the space.

:hehe: in the time it took to take a photo, you could have parked it properly!

At 1:25am, not taking any disabled spots, and not next to an entrance so even if security were doing a checkup, he wouldn't be in the way, so no problem, other than why park there at that time? :eyebrow: Extremely dodgy booty call?

I've never parked in a disabled bay, but take this situation, the normal parking spaces are completely full, there are only disabled spaces, why do you have to go home because there are no normal spaces? or say you take the last space in the entire car park, which happens to be a disabled spot, whats wrong with that, you got there first, why do the needs of the handicapped outweigh everybody elses needs, personally id go elsewhere, but i dont think it really matters.

The problem we have here is 90% of the people with the disabled tags are just extremely fat. They wouldn't be so d*mn fat if they parked in the back of the lot.
Our current generation has a little bit of a 'me first' attitude. Does it seem to get worse each generation, or am I just getting old?

^^^ I'm young and I see it all the time, it really gets under my skin

I'll tell people off if they take handicapped spaces and aren't handicapped or they take 2 spaces and don't need 2 spaces

The only way I'll let them off for taking 2 spaces is if they're towing a large trailer/boat and need 2 spaces but most of them know enough to park at the back of the lot

As I said earlier in this thread you go and park outside the car park and walk!

Go and say that to a person in a wheelchair or using crutches (like people with MS) or a walking frame, I bet they would say the same as me, some that I have met would beat you up for your attitude and don't think they couldn't!

Just to play Devil's Advocate here but if they're capable of beating up a 100% physically able individual then surely they can manage to get to and from a normal car parking space?

Perhaps that's more to do with most people not understanding how 2 lane merges work, i.e. you use both lanes upto the merge and them proceed thru one car at a time alternating between lanes rather than using one lane and getting all shirty because someone had the cheek to use the completely empty lane next to you?

First off it's not a fast lane, it's an overtaking lane. You should only be in the outside lane if you're overtaking, if not move over to the middle or inside lane. In fact unless you're overtaking you should technically be in the inside lane anyway. Just because you're doing 70 doesn't give you carte blanche to sit in the outside lane. I apologise if it's not the case with you but so many drivers have no clue of motorway driving whatsoever.
