The Velociraptor game: Any ideas why it would be running so slowly on my PC? I know it's not the most modern, but it really shouldn't be struggling with this? Athlon 64 3200+ / 1GB / ATI 9800XT. Framerate is terrible (about 1fps) in both Firefox and IE. Nothing else running.

It works OK on my Powerbook which is terrible for gaming, I thought I should try it on my proper PC and it's unplayable.

I've just been playing Seven Minutes. There is something very captivating and atmospheric about that game. For a moment it felt like all the screen flashing and messages were subliminally implanting messages kinda like that Derren Brown zombie game

No mention of Cave Story? Probably my favorite freeware game

I suck at platforming too much to complete 7minutes the first time. After playing it for 15minutes I feel kinda blind. Concentrating with flashing in your face. I'm not sure what I think of the ending... Hmm

Seven minutes seems to have a "portal" feel about it. Running through all those rooms, with puzzles and a mysterious entity always hounding and watching over you. Its brilliant.

I loved the ending, it sort of has a moral feel to it as well. Strange though, that I felt instinct to ignore anything that the mysterious entity told me to do. And that inevitably buggered me up. Hehe.

The music was awesome too. The beat sort of made that game have an urgency feel. It was brilliant.

The credtis did hurt my eyes though. Haha, damn the flashy-ness! xD

There is an end year, but you need to be quick. I beat it on my second go, with six second to spare.

Blob doesn't work here. Downloaded, installed, and when I ran it I got a blank screen, untill I alt-tabbed and found an error box. Happened every time :( - Shame, blobs are fun.
