If every developer did we'd probably get better and maybe even less buggy games.

Maybe I should start reading more blogs again...

Your title is misleading if what's in the content is correct... He's in fact encouraging people to talk to Treyarch. Just not to the Super Douche :p

Well spoken to be honest. I am still undecided on COD5, but I am a little biased at the moment since I've spent a year loving COD4 but willing to give the game it's time - well....after I try and complete Fallout 3, C&C Red Alert 3 and FarCry 2 :(

That is how you know Rob is a real gamer. That is also why IWs games will always be far far better.

Hang on, from playing the Beta, I found that CoD5 is CoD4, with different models.

Surely people should be talking to the senior super douche, about his CoD4 Mod...

Cod WAW is simply a huge total conversion mod of cod4... and personally, I like it a lot more then CoD4. Waw feels like a cross of CoD4 and America's Army and it's really enjoyable on hardcore/tactical realism servers. The larger maps are so much better!

Back to the topic: if you're going to interview someone, you should at least do a background check to see if they are actually qualified to discuss the subject...I mean Rob's right, why interview a corporate manager who doesn't even play the game?

WWII on the Warfare Engine = COD5. I got my copy yesterday and started the solo missions. So far it's action packed but doesn't flow the same as COD4.

@GFC IW is working on COD6 so don't worry, you're thirst for modern warfare will be fulfilled.

How old is this idiot? Not surprising considering how outdated the gameplay is in COD games, apparently not being professional is another trait of IW.

They are the same though... I played Call of Duty 4 for ages, and I am now on the beta of World at War and it is the same with new textures. The sprites for the Bomb sites etc are the same, even the dogs that you can call in are the same... any way that is just my 2 pence of ranting :p
