    Its the same OC as the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 Ti GHz Edition then, therefore it should read it has a similar overclock......

    I know, but it's still the highest available. Gigabyte's card also doesn't have overclocked memory, so overall the Inno3D is faster.
