Just a simplistic guide on how to install a side window.

    You need a few things.

Plexi 3mm thick and probably around 500mm*500mm for a standard case
Bolts and nuts, Zenith sells 1/8 " * 25mm zinc plated nuts
A drill bit for your dremel, or whatever your using
    Clamps
Workbench or something that will act as a workbench.

    • Put masking tape over the whole side panel so you can draw measurements on it. Figure out the placement of your drill holes, draw them in.
    • Use a jigsaw or dremel or something to cut out your side panel on the plexi, if its not clamped down it will crack. Attach the plexi to the back of your sidepanel (fine toothed jigsaw blades work well).
    • Use the clamps again to clamp your plexi to the back of the side panel, drill your holes through the plexi and then the aluminum side.
    • Bolt it to the side, dremel off the part of the bolt you dont need (its usually a pretty long bolt). Secure the nuts tight (ouch).
    • And thats it.

Of course theres the filing, sanding of the sides etc etc, It should look quite good.

I dont have a puncher btw, I seem to do fine with a heatgun, jigsaw and dremel for pretty much everything.

BTW if you wanted to glue it on weldon16 will adhere like concrete to pretty much everything. Just sand both the plexi and metal and stick em together with clamps, will work just the same.
