Linux Installing Redhat V.9 With XP?

    There isn't an option to "configure XP". The option is to configure the boot loader to boot the various OSs that you many have.

    Have a look at this guide (with pretty pics) - specifically the third image and it's text.

    Yes, exactly as I showed you in my ascii art ;)

    I understand that now but I already installed and configured GRUB didn't I? So theres no way I can reconfigure it to recognize XP now that I already installed Linux?

    Yes you can. If your lucky Redhat may provide you with a nice GUI for doing it, otherwise you'll have to edit Grub's config file and rewrite the MBR. The config file may be in /boot or /etc/, but I'm not sure. Good luck :)

    Eek I'm sorry to keep bugging you about it but how do I go about doing that? Is there any guides you know of at all? Do you know how?

    Sorry if I keep asking dumb questions, but thanks for your info. You've been very helpful through all of this.

    Should I possibly just reinstall Linux and not waste my time?

    *Edit* I said screw it to windows and just reinstalled Linux with my 75 GB. Thank you guys for helping me out through this, now I just gotta learn linux. :p
