I am wondering if it is possible to transmit cable tv wirelessly. For example, there is a room that doesn't have a cable jack to connect the TV up too, but I would like a TV in that room to be able to watch cable on. There is no option to get a cable splitter and split the cable and bring it from the other room. And I cannot add a cable jack in the room that does not have one already. I am just wondering if it is possible to transmit the cable TV wirelessly to another location in the same house. It seems that there are devices that can do this when the other TV is on, however can it be done without the other TV being on? Or are there only boxes that can be plugged into the actual cable box? Sorry but I do not know where else to ask this question.

    Thanks,

Edit: could you transmit the cable TV to a computer? and then transmit it from the computer to the TV?
