and now you say its the best browser ever.... make your mind up
for all of us out there that arent the best with geek computer stuff how the h3ll are we soposed to make are own browser
Well.. thats why you download source code
um... is there a log or somthing somware
aye i know, it used to work fine
but if i open more than 2 tabs with coolercases pages in them it crashes
which is very odd..
After reading this thread from start to finish, my only thought was;
"That's two minutes of my life I'll never get back"
I just opened 7 tabs of that site and browsed different pages at the same time while posting this. All done in the same window, different tabs. No crashes for me.
1) You're talking balls. ie's insecure, but works just fine. And I've found FF, after recently converting, rocks. Crashed once when I tried to open 50 faves at once.
2) Software anyone?
And guess what this is NOT a general discussion topic.
John Cena's right. My browsers are slower than Big Show with super glue on his shoes!
I use firefox and think its great. The only time it crashes for me is which using PDFs :S so i just download them first and then open them in reader straight and not in the brower.
What are you guys talking about. Firefox is the most stable browser I've ever had. It's never crashed...ever. Some say that 90% of problems are user error.
Firefox may look stable but its not. It cannot display many webpages right.
Is that why I can see every website that I've ever seen through Firefox just fine? I don't know what the hell you guys are doing wrong, but I haven't had a single inkling of a problem.
1. page rendering has nothing to do with stability
2. it renders according to proper html standards, if the page doesnt display properly its because its not coded properly
ive been using firewfox a few months now, it has never crashed, never failed to display a page correctly and never ceased to amaze me with all its features. I dont know what you guys are talking about?!
I was a diehard IE user, but decided to try firefox, it took a couple of weeks, but there was no way I'd go back to IE.
Been using firefox a couple of months now i think.
Well that's because it uses a differenct engine than IE, and people design sites around IE. It works for 99% of the sites without a problem.
And if you care to notice this thread was started months ago, probably before Firefox 1.0.
i've been using opera for about 2 years now and i think its the bees knees. i used opera on a computer i set up at the university jsut because i wasnt baout to buy opera again and i jsut found it to difficult. i had to get plugins to do mouse gestures, plugins to open all links into new tabs instead of windows, and plugins to not kill the browser when the last tab was closed. unfortunately i will agree that opera has gotten slower over the time i've been using it but i still think it demolishes IE and for my personal purposes it beats firefox too
