Hello Bit techers, I thought i'd turn to the forum to ask a question as I need help/advice/recommendation. I would like to build a mobile app for IOS on the iphone. Since I cannot code to save my life I need to find a freelance developer who could build me a prototype app. I've looked on people per hour, up work etc but everyone seems to be in india or abroad else where. Ideally I need someone within London or Oxfordshire, so that I can meet with them, this is purely because its the way i'd prefer to get the prototype built then the main app could potentially be outsourced abroad if need be. can anyone help me? major thanks!
