    I noticed this issue a couple of days ago and didnt think anything of it - I thought it may have been my wireless network but turns out its an issue with the phone;

    My wireless connection is slower than my 3G network - Even the loader icon at the top left when connecting goes very slow - Its spinning speed is also really slow but my ipod touch which works fine on it and the loader icon spins fast as normal on that. Pages take ages to load on my iphones wireless network while it loads really fast on the ipod. The 3G connection for the phone is much faster - Has anyone eles noticed slow connection speeds on the wireless network?

    Anyone eles experiencing this or is it fast speeds for you? You should be able to tell if you have this problem if like me, your spinning loading icon on the top left goes slow when loading via wireless - anyone eles?

    It doesn't really help, but no, I havent.

    Obvious things to check:

    Network settings correct?
    Are you on the edge of range on Wifi?
    Sure you aren't connecting via GPRS or EDGE?

    A lot of peoples little niggles seem to be solved by connecting the phone to itunes and doing a restore, as it seems to gets a later build of the 2.0 firmware (which sorts out the 'yellow' tint issue as well)

    Thats exactly what i been telling people at work too... (only had 2 calls about it)
    try to reset the handset by holding the home key and the power key for about 10 seconds till the apple logo appears, might help, but its unlikely... that fails try what GOO mentioned above
    If in doubt take it to an apple store for full diagnosis...

    Well I feel like an idiot, turns out it was incompatibility issues with my router...its working now. I looked a right fool at the o2 shop lol.

    There seems to be issues with certain routers with the iphone going slow. Restarting the router and iphone solved it.

    Sorry guys, false alarm. Il save this thread for when i do get issues!

    :p
