Hi well I got an Iphone for Xmas and so far Iv been extremely pleased with it however some texts take ages to get to people and surprise surprise my girlfriends one of them I'm on O2 do you recon it will speed up soon as I only got the phone yesterday evening or should i give them a ring??
did you let the progress bar go all the way before closing the SMS app? that's strange, even on my unlocked iphone with Vodafone, texting is not only instant, it reaches the other people before the progress bar goes 100%
I had this trouble also, I thought it was just me! Make sure you post what was wrong if you end up finding out!
Well it may have been due to lots of people sending texts. Always happens on Christmas because of everyone getting new phones, and on NYE because its NYE.
Exactly what I was gonna say, alot of people get new phones at this time of year, and a large chuck of those that didn't are still send mass texts to wish people merry christmas. I would say if its still slow in a months time then contact O2, otherwise don't worry.
