Electronics IR Remote Control receivers at Rapid

Looks like they've started doing similar chips to those used in the serial port receivers a few folk have built. No part number or datasheet at Rapid, but the 38kHz frequency & price are right.

I've asked Rapid for more info (if only a pin-out), will report back.

Postage is the killer with RS. £5.82 on my last order, for £27-worth of bits. Including 2 TSOP1738 38KHz Photo Diodes...
