An Iraqi missile found to exceed its legal range has raised fresh concerns that Baghdad may be in breach of its disarmament obligations under UN resolutions. A panel of experts summoned by UN weapons inspectors found that the al-Samoud Two missile had a range of more than 150 kilometres (93 miles), UN diplomats said. Responding to the report, Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tariq Aziz insisted that "we are still within limits that are decided by the United Nations". But the UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair, warned that the missile find - if confirmed - could amount to a "significant breach" of UN resolutions. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/2755851.stm
