IRQ conflict (noise while scrolling)

    Whenever I scroll, and have on high volume, I get this noise in my speakers when I e.g. scroll in IE. The CPU usage jumps up to almost 100% as well, from just a couple of percent... How can this problem be resolved?

    What motherboard and operating system are you using? Also type of graphics card would be useful too.

    The behavior you're seeing may or may not be an IRQ issue.
