http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/4117201.stm According to the BBC it is. Guess im well over the hill then
No way. Being 19/20 is way better, hated being under 18 as you were still treated like a kid by everywhere. +under 17 is still illegal drinking and sitting in the pub chatting to mates is too fun.
God no, so far early 20s was much better.. I had a job and some cash, my own flat, but didn't need to worry about being too responsible or level headed. If I had to choose, probably 21.
19 was the best for me, over all the stress of hormones and such like, not stereotyped as 16, 17 and 18 year olds tend to be but still young enough to be a teenager. It's such a shame that the responsibility just heaps on as the years add up.
Late 20's / early 30's.. By that time you (should) have a decent paying job, a place of your own and still young enough to enjoy life..
17 was pretty sweet. No full time job, no rent or bills, drink (if you knew where to look) and lotsa ass
19. 1st or 2nd year of college... no graduation worries, no real job, a good fake ID, and lots-o-good times!
No way! 30 is the best age, old enough to have cash, young enough to spend it on the stuff you wanted when you were 17. lol Oh, and there is way more sex!
has no-one noticed the chavs on that web-page with great comments such as In five years I want to have my own hair and beauty salon. and Alex Calvert Lives with parents in Luton, attends college, works three days at Tesco and does casual work. and I used to work in a sports shop and the manager lied and said I was 18, so I'd get paid more. But even then it was only £3.60 an hour. I see a lot of drugs, have done since I was 14, at school,
Got some young ones around ere Also, im 19 now, i think being 19 is far better than being 17. Fair enough things havent changed a huge deal, when i was 17 i could still do all the things i wanted.. Just my state of lide is different. I now live in a house with mates at uni, theres no restrictions, no parental nagging and its you just seem to feel more free. I think 18/19 is the turning point in most peoples lifes with heading off the big bad world be it moving out to get a job or porgressing to a uni. If i was to go back, i think id hit 15. Drinking back then was not in my mind, drugs same, driving same, you get to live at home, you have no expenditures, and can still get a paper round if u want money. Sub 17 is just cooshy Proph.
