PSU is 350W enough

    to power a 95W amd processor, SSD, and onboard graphics? seems like it should be, right?

    You can go calculate your wattage here Make sur you take a GOOD psu because its really important. If I was you I would buy something like a Seventeam 450w or a Corsair.

    that PSU calculator says 208. 350 should be a good enough buffer i guess.

    the reason i'm asking is because i want to use the little baby PSU from a minuet case to save some space. i've already got a nice 500W Corsair PSU that i could use if i wanted a full-size one.

    I thinked it was an old psu from your closet :D In this case, it will be fine.
