i don't know about if they make good pc's or not but i would advise you to make your own computer i asume that you live in america?
I emplore you to build it yourself though I guess I'll let you off if you were cursed in your youth to suffer a terrible fate if ever you built a pc, by a traveling hag with a begnarle'd nose
i've actually had the misfortune of having to work on some buddies pc's that bought from there and cyberpower. they use very cheap components, and every had the same complaints. their service sucked, and the companies they use to handle their warranty work sucked.
Building it yourself is either the same or less. But buying from them won't really guarantee a good well built computer. Well maybe it's just that I've seen 3 Digital Storm builds and a Pudget System build(O_O).
Think of the deal this way Building it yourself: Gain building skillz + Gain a perfectly specd rig + Save money + Have fun Buy it: No skillz + Perhaps some cheap parts eg PSU + More expensive + No build fun
