i want one :) i cant find out when theyre released in UK and then when will the agp versions be released? either that or i need to wait until a socket 754 mobo with PCIe comes out :wallbash:

could be a while before i get to play doom 3 :waah: its just sitting here not doing anything... :eeek:

unless anyone can reccommend a kick ass gpu for under200 hopefully around 150 mark?

    thanks :)

I think that the 6600's are exclusive to PCI-E and therfore won't be released on agp :duh:

For about 150 you say?? 9800Pro :thumb:

[EDIT]9800Pro's are just under 150, so you can buy a vga silencer for it as well (about 11) [/EDIT]

I can't give many details as I'm under NDA, but AGP is likely to follow about a month after PCIe. NVIDIA will be bridging back to AGP via a bridge chip similar to what is on the NV45, but obviously bridging the opposite way.

RV410 will line up close to the GeForce 6600, and these two will be fairly close to the performance of the GeForce 6800 (non ultra). They will perform better than the 9800 PRO IMHO.
