Modding Is my VFD broken ??

    I just got my VFD yesterday from farnell but i havent set it up because they ran out of 25 pin plug things. The problem is in the top left corner of my VFD theres a burn mark or and ink mark it looks like its over a small battery or somthing i cant see quite what it is, but do you think it is broken ? :(

    Ah so it is :D phew dont have to go through all that sending things back stuff
