    uli is nvidia now do you really think they will supply ati ???? they took too long to make this move

    Good for Nvidia, bad for ATI... even worse for us, the consumer.

    This is going to limit the amout of products we see from the ATI camp, in turn reducing the offering from Nvidia due to less competition, and rise prices as ULI chips are scarce.

    Well put. This is really the only outcome I can think of as well. That and nVidia can hike their prices on the newly-released Quad-SLi, as Crossfire will be shot down in its tracks.

    stupid of ATI to get into this position ...

    Nvidia has the right to sell or not to sell their chips, no-ones going to be using them, so its not like their just stopping ATI, so i doubt ATI can do anything about it

    wonder if ATI will buy the ULI chip specs or whatever from nvidia :idea:
