    Pretty Much what the title says.

    Is there any way to controll a pc/media player/anything else Via Palm Os and Bluetooth?

    I have a Tapwave Zodiac (www.Tapwave.com) That's got Bluetooth, and i plan to buy a bluetooth dongle, (for Web Browsing if nothing else) and want to use it for a remote.

    All the software i find seems to be for a Phone.

    Thanks.

    Any old VNC should work for you i think. Well, of course you need to find a VNC that is compatible with palm OS but shouldnt be too hard i would guess.

    IIRC you can get a version of VNC which will work on PC/PDA's however I think you can only use the PC to control the PDA not the PDA to control the PC. Atleast it was that way the last time I looked. I'm sure there is something out there that someone will dig up though :)

    VNC = Virtual Network Client.

    I searched google for VNC PALMOS and This Is Is the first entry. Then the site states this ... "PalmVNC supports remote access (view and control) to your Win95/NT or UNIX desktop via Inter-/Intranet. PalmVNC also allows you to collaborate with people in your office from your PalmPilot or PalmIII PDA" so within 5 seconds i found a possible proggy. Looks like this one does not support more moddern OS's tho but then i havent scrolled the page yet.

    Hope you enjoyed being spoon-fed :)

    I never thought of something like that, whic lets you control anything with it. If you conld use that over the internet it would be SOOO cool. Control you home pc from anywhere with your palm (yes, I know you can do it with windows).

    Yum Yum

    Thanks
