Graphics is this good??

is this a good deal??

PNY VERTO GEFORCE 3 Ti500 64MB AGP - £122 (inc VAT)

im not exactly the best judge of graphics cards, so any help would b useful.

if the card aint any good, which do ya recommend??

upgrading my pc soon, so want some killer grafix, max £150 tho.
spec will soon b MSI KT3 Ultra ARU, Athlon XP 1900/2000+, 512 DDR

 

Thats a fairly decent price for a Ti500, though tbh I'd cchoosethe GeForce 4 Ti4200 at around £130 which is significantly faster than the Ti500.......

 

I second that 4200 is better value.

.....Plus you can overclock it and make it a TI 4400, maybe higher.....

 

Gainward are the most overclockable cards (apparently). Id buy one for each machine in the house if I had the money.

 

yeah, i was also told leadteks were good for oc'ing2.

is this the cheapest i could get em for?? im limited2 £150.

 

id go for the gainward just cause of the overclocking capabilities...

 

plus the gainward PCB's are red, will make it look better inside if you have or plan to get a window on yer case
