I think its an established fact that cancer can be caused by radiation! Famous scientists have died from exposure. Also thats why we limit scans/ x-rays

Yes, yes we are. And we are enjoying having a laugh :D

Wifi also entices aliens to visit your home because it's on their bandwidth. You have to set the channel to one which isnt in the router settings.

    Yeah, as ozstriker stated.

X-rays operate at a different end of the spectrum, and use a different frequency and amplitude.

What we are actually talking about here is extremely simple grade 10 science. Knowledge = good. :thumb:

Sorry, I thought everyone knew everyone was having a laugh

LOL Xrays are a hell of a lot more powerful than microwaves, for sure.

Take the radiation like a man, but remember: if your prostate is smooth, that's ok, but if it's like a walnut, that's bad.. mmkay. And check your testies reguarly for changes!

I'll stop having a laugh now, promise..

I would certainly heed the governments advice on this and cover everything in tin foil. Then take a picture of it all and post it here. You can never be too safe.

Non-ionising radiation in the form of low frequency electromagnetic fields are quite likely to have an effect on human and animal tissue. The effects are due to induced electric currents in the tissue rather than your magnet analogy. Additionally research HAS shown that intense exposure to the higher frequency non-ionising radiation from the type of transmitters used in mobile phones can cause heart-related effects such as cataracts, and various shallow and deep burns. It's by no means ignorant or stupid, otherwise mobile phone emissions wouldn't be restricted and so much research and testing wouldn't be undertaken into these effects.

However, with regards to the OP's question, you shouldn't have any reason to worry about the emissions from your router as the power levels are low from standard routers/APs. :thumb:

Yes, but no studies have shown any direct evidence that normal daily exposure to the type of signal which cell phones emit will cause any issues, ever.

So you are correct, but in the context of this thread and 99% of the entire global populace, electronics and other 21st century wonders will not cause any health related effects. Though I think at this point we’re taking it a bit too far out of context :p
